The new Angelbird adapter from USB-C to SATA has been designed for technical assistance, as well as for the operators doing on-site filming and needing to rapidly copy their data onto a SATA drive; this way, they will not have to use an external drive installed in a box.
It complies with USB-C 6Gb/s and USB-C 3.1 Gen 2 10Gb/s standards, and includes an additional 12V power supply to power a 3.5" HDD.
It natively supports the UASP protocol and guarantees TRIM support.
